FAQ
Can compounds with different base materials and formulations be customized?
Yes, we can customize compound products with different base materials such as PA66, PP, PPS, PC, ABS, and different carbon fiber contents according to specific customer requirements.
What is the processing temperature for the compound?
Processing temperature depends on the base material type. PA66 matrix is recommended at 280-300°C, PP matrix at 200-230°C, and PPS matrix at 300-330°C. Specific parameters can be found in the product technical data sheet.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for standard products is 500kg, which can be negotiated based on product specifications and customer needs. Bulk orders enjoy preferential pricing.
Does the compound need to be dried before use?
Compounds with PA66 and PPS matrices are recommended to be dried before processing. Recommended drying conditions are 80-100°C for 4-6 hours to ensure optimal processing performance and product quality.
